Can an iPhone show every notification from my Mac?
There is no single built-in Apple setting that mirrors every Mac app's Notification Center alerts to an iPhone. NotiFerry covers that Mac-to-iPhone direction for new notifications on devices you own, but macOS does not expose a public cross-app notification API, so coverage is best-effort rather than guaranteed.
Does my Mac need to stay on?
Yes. The Mac must be awake and logged in so NotiFerry can see new Notification Center entries and deliver them. A sleeping, shut-down, or logged-out Mac cannot forward alerts.
Does it work with every Mac app?
It works broadly because it watches new Notification Center entries instead of using app-specific integrations. An app that never posts a macOS notification cannot be detected, and operating-system changes or unusual notification formats can affect best-effort coverage.
Can I hide notification text?
Yes. Choose full previews, app and title only, or a generic alert. You can also disable individual apps and pause forwarding at any time.
