Leave your Mac.
Keep its alerts.

NotiFerry forwards Notification Center alerts from Mac-only apps to your iPhone—automatically, with no per-app integrations.

NotiFerry is only for notifications on your own Mac and iPhone. It must not be used for covert monitoring, parental control, employee surveillance, or accessing another person's notifications.

Step away without losing the thread

Your Mac already knows. Now your iPhone can too.

AI & agents

Know when your agent needs you.

Walk away from a long Codex, Claude, or local-agent run without missing the approval that stops it cold.

Builds & exports

Let the long job finish without you.

Xcode archives, video renders, uploads, backups, and data exports can reach your pocket when they complete.

Mac-only tools

Carry alerts that never had an iPhone app.

Forward notifications from specialist utilities, home-server software, and anything else living only on your Mac.

A short path to the first test

Three clear steps. No terminal required.

The setup is designed around the moment that matters: seeing a real Mac alert arrive on your own iPhone.

01

Grant read-only access

Choose the exact Notification Center folder in the macOS picker. NotiFerry never asks for Full Disk Access.

02

Connect your iPhone

Install the free ntfy companion and subscribe to the long random topic NotiFerry creates. Treat that topic as a bearer secret.

03

Receive a real test

Confirm that the test reached your iPhone to start your trial. Then leave your desk and keep the alerts that matter.

Plain-language privacy

Sensitive access deserves an honest product.

NotiFerry can see the app name, title, and preview text of the Mac notifications you choose to forward. We make that tradeoff visible before anything real leaves your Mac.

Good questions, direct answers

Before you connect Notification Center.

Does the Mac need to stay on?

Yes. Your Mac must be awake and logged in for NotiFerry to see and forward new notifications.

Does it really work with every Mac app?

NotiFerry reads new entries from Notification Center rather than integrating apps one by one. That gives it broad coverage, but macOS does not provide a public cross-app notification API, so forwarding is best-effort rather than guaranteed.

What can I hide?

Choose full previews, app and title only, or a generic alert. You can pause forwarding and disable individual apps at any time.

Where does notification content go?

After your privacy mode is applied, pending fields can wait in a local SQLite queue capped at 1,000 notifications. Rows stop being eligible for delivery after 24 hours and are deleted during the next enqueue or delivery activity; an inactive local database can therefore retain an ineligible row longer. The founding release then delivers through ntfy, whose public service processes content and may cache it for roughly 12 hours. Notification text is excluded from automatic analytics and from the privacy-safe diagnostic report.

What happens after the trial?

The 7-day trial begins only after you explicitly confirm that the test arrived on your iPhone. Its start and history remain in macOS Keychain after the in-app reset and a reinstall. The founding license is a one-time €9.99 purchase with a 30-day full refund window. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
