1. Seller, payment, and receipt
ANGELTECH licenses and supports NotiFerry. Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC, trading as Lemon Squeezy, is the merchant of record and authorized reseller: it processes checkout, applicable transaction taxes, payment, and the purchase receipt. ANGELTECH does not issue the Lemon Squeezy receipt or receive card details.

2. Seven-day trial
The free trial lasts 7 calendar days and begins only when you explicitly confirm that the harmless setup test reached your iPhone. Installing or opening the app does not start it. Resetting setup or reinstalling does not create another trial, and the trial does not convert into a subscription.
The trial start and history remain in macOS Keychain after in-app reset and reinstall; they end only when the relevant Keychain item or device data is removed.
3. Founding license
The price is €9.99, paid once. Taxes and the final total, if applicable, are shown by Lemon Squeezy before payment. This is not a recurring subscription. One license permits activation on up to 2 Macs. The license is for the purchaser’s own use on Macs that the purchaser owns or controls. The one-time purchase is not a subscription; activation and periodic online validation remain required.
The purchase covers this version and compatible updates ANGELTECH chooses to publish; it does not promise a fixed support period or future major versions.
No fixed lifetime for online license validation or offline-unlock release is promised; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
License activation and periodic validation require Lemon Squeezy. A successful validation is cached for 24 hours; the app allows no more than seven days of offline use after the last successful validation.
4. Lawful and safe use
Use NotiFerry only for notifications on Macs and iPhones you own or control and only where you have authority to forward the content. Do not use it for covert monitoring, employee surveillance, stalking, interception, service abuse, or infringement of another person’s confidentiality or rights.
Do not rely on NotiFerry for safety, medical, financial, legal, employment-regulated, one-time-code, password, or other high-risk alerts. Delivery may be late, duplicated, missing, or exposed.
5. Delivery and third parties
NotiFerry reads an undocumented macOS Notification Center database and sends the privacy-filtered source, title, subtitle, and body over HTTPS to the configured ntfy server. The default ntfy.sh route is not end-to-end encrypted. ntfy’s iOS route can involve Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. Those independent services control their availability, limits, and processing.
NotiFerry is a convenience tool, not an archive or guaranteed-delivery service. See the Privacy Policy before enabling forwarding.
6. Refunds and mandatory rights
You may request a full refund of the price paid, for any reason, within 30 calendar days after purchase. Send the order identifier and purchase date to bertonantoine@me.com. Do not send a topic secret or notification content. Lemon Squeezy returns an approved refund to the original payment method; bank or processor timing can vary. The license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
This voluntary refund promise is separate from and does not restrict any mandatory withdrawal, conformity, warranty, or other consumer right that applies to the purchase.
7. Consumer law, liability, and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer also keeps the mandatory protections and courts available under the law of their country of habitual residence. Checkout availability depends on Lemon Squeezy, applicable law, and payment restrictions.
To the fullest extent lawful, NotiFerry is supplied as available and without a promise of uninterrupted or complete forwarding. Nothing excludes liability or a warranty, remedy, or right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

8. Termination and changes
You may stop using NotiFerry at any time. ANGELTECH may terminate a license for material breach, fraud, unlawful use, or abuse, subject to any notice and cure required by law. Termination does not remove an accrued refund request or mandatory remedy.
Future purchases may use updated terms. A material change cannot remove rights already granted where mandatory law prevents it. The applicable version is identified above.
