1. Download the exact release
Download version 0.1.0 (1) for macOS 15.0 or later. The notarized DMG is served from the same NotiFerry site origin.
2. Install the app
- Open the DMG and drag NotiFerry to Applications.
- Open the copy in Applications so Gatekeeper checks the Developer ID and notarization.
- Complete the read-only Notification Center folder selection and ntfy phone setup.
3. Enter the license inside NotiFerry
Find the license key in the Lemon Squeezy purchase email or receipt. In NotiFerry, open Settings → Trial & license, paste the key, and choose Activate. The key is never read from this page, never belongs in a URL, and should not be sent to support.
Activation uses one of the 2 Mac slots and stores the key and activation instance in macOS Keychain. A successful validation is cached for 24 hours; offline use is limited to seven days after the most recent successful validation.
4. Move or reset a Mac
Before moving a slot, use Reset setup and local content while online. NotiFerry attempts to release the paid activation, then removes setup, ntfy secrets, settings, and queued content. Trial history is intentionally retained. If deactivation fails, the reset stops rather than stranding the server-side activation silently.
